CONSERVATIVE GROUPS TARGET DIAGEO DEAL DUE TO CHARLIE RANGEL'S ETHICS ACCUSATIONS

The conservative group know as "Tea Party" is adding fuel to the fire around Congressman Charlie Rangel's ethics accusations by including the Diageo deal into the mix.

In this article, they reveal the fact that the so call 30 year deal between USVI and Diageo to produce Captain Morgan, is actually a 60 year deal due to options included on the deal that only Diageo can exercise. Given this fact, the corporate giveaway to Diageo will be closer to $6 billion instead of the $2.7 billion we previously reported.

If we want the rest of the world to accept us as a democratic civilized people, we need to be able to restrain from violence and censorship. Scenes like this are very unfortunate and dissapointing. Defending the first amendment and the right of expression are paramount to our progress.

We urge elected officials and the students to take a step back and reflect on their actions. The rest of the world is watching!
