NPRC MOURNS DEATH OF CAGUAS MAYOR WILLIE MIRANDA MARIN

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the National Puerto Rican Coalition (NPRC) and our membership, we would like to express our most sincere sympathies to the family, friends, and people of Caguas for the loss of Mayor Willie Miranda Marin.

"Today Puerto Rico lost a great leader. My father, Col. Rafael Fantauzzi Ruiz, had the honor of serving as Chief of Staff for the Puerto Rico National Guard during the leadership of General Miranda Marin. He was courageous and visionary." stated Rafael A.
